Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

When can I make a return?

• You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
• Returns of products that have already been opened or used will not be accepted, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

2. Share your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will indicate the steps to follow to send the item back.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days through the same payment method you used.

Products with manufacturing defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. We only need a photo or video of the defect.
